ANI (Asian News International) ने हाल ही में कई यूट्यूब चैनलों पर कॉपीराइट स्ट्राइक किए हैं। इसका मुख्य कारण यह है कि ये चैनल ANI की वीडियो फीड और न्यूज क्लिप्स को बिना अनुमति के इस्तेमाल कर रहे थे।
ANI के अनुसार, उनकी कंटेंट को कई बार “कंटेंट रीयूज़” के नाम पर बिना क्रेडिट या कॉन्ट्रैक्ट के उपयोग किया गया, जो भारतीय कॉपीराइट कानून का उल्लंघन है।
इन स्ट्राइक्स का असर यह हुआ कि कुछ यूट्यूब चैनल्स को टेम्पररी ब्लॉक कर दिया गया और कई क्रिएटर्स की मॉनिटाइज़ेशन बंद हो गई।
ANI ने यह भी कहा कि वह भविष्य में भी अपनी कंटेंट सुरक्षा के लिए ऐसे कदम उठाता रहेगा। इससे छोटे मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म्स को सतर्क रहने की आवश्यकता है और उन्हें उचित लाइसेंस या अनुमति लेनी चाहिए।

Asian News International (ANI) has recently issued copyright strikes on several YouTube channels for unauthorized use of its news footage and video clips.
According to ANI, these channels were reusing ANI’s proprietary content without permission, credit, or licensing agreements, which directly violates Indian copyright laws.
As a result, some channels faced takedowns, temporary bans, and demonetization. This move has raised concerns among independent media creators who frequently use news footage for reporting and commentary.
ANI stated that protecting their intellectual property is a priority and similar actions may continue in the future. YouTube creators and news aggregators must now take extra care to avoid copyright infringement and seek proper rights before using third-party content.
